• Using our services, you grant Viral Book Nation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your book cover, excerpts, and other materials for promotional purposes.
• We respect copyright laws and do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
• You agree not to submit plagiarized, illegal, or misleading content for marketing.

• Viral Book Nation is not responsible for lost sales, negative reviews, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Amazon, social media algorithm updates).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using our services.

• Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for violations of these terms, including non-payment or misuse of services.
