Viral Book Nation provides book marketing, content creation, social media promotions, influencer outreach, Amazon optimization, and other author marketing services. We do not guarantee specific sales numbers or virality but aim to enhance visibility and audience engagement. 

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• You own or have the rights to promote the book you seek marketing services for.
• You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

While we use proven strategies to increase your book’s visibility, we cannot guarantee specific results, book sales, or virality. Marketing success depends on many external factors, including audience response and market trends. 

• Using our services, you grant Viral Book Nation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your book cover, excerpts, and other materials for promotional purposes.
• We respect copyright laws and do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
• You agree not to submit plagiarized, illegal, or misleading content for marketing.

• Viral Book Nation is not responsible for lost sales, negative reviews, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Amazon, social media algorithm updates).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using our services.

All payments are non-refundable once services begin, as our work starts immediately upon project initiation.
If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days at support@viralbooknation.com. We may offer a partial refund or service credit for work not yet completed.
Setup fees are non-refundable, and monthly plans can be canceled 5 days before the next billing cycle.
